About The Position

The Nurse Manager I for the Case Management Team is responsible for implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations. This role involves investigating and resolving patient concerns, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring optimal patient care. The manager will monitor resource needs, maintain clinical expertise, and provide supervision and competency training to the team. The position also includes delegating tasks, performing clinical duties, and fostering a safe environment for both patients and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Minimum two (2) years of customer or member/patient service experience.
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire or Compact License.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

  • CCM Certification.
