Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of acute care experience
• Current Texas RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Strong leadership skills and growth potential
• Proven written and editing skills
• Ability to compile, analyze and present reports
• Experience in developing, reviewing, and revising policies, procedures, and job guides
• Ability to coordinate meetings and develop agendas
• Experience in interviewing for subordinate positions
• Ability to research information/data and incorporate evidence-based practice
• Proficiency in using computerized spreadsheets for analysis
