This position will require to work at our Long Beach clinic every Thursday and from our Redondo Beach clinic every other Wednesday. A RN Manager contributes to AHF by providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Your role as an RN Manager is multifaceted, requiring a combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to improving both patient outcomes and the working environment for your nursing team. Your contributions play a vital role in shaping the quality of healthcare delivery and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. A RN Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinate/collaborating as a strategic partner. Being a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that will provide excellent customer service to our patients. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a RN Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
