About The Position

Come join our team and start making a difference! As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. You will provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner, collaborating with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Your duties will include performing routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and filling in patients’ charts. You will also adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Requirements

• LVN License is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed.
