Requirements

LPN license for VA

Responsibilities

Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration and education to clients
Ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
Other duties as assigned
