Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Current LPN license in North Carolina
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Physical activity, including lifting, standing, and assisting residents
  • Commitment to safe transfer and mobility procedures

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of LPN experience

Responsibilities

  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Documenting and maintaining medical records
  • Supervising and supporting the nursing team
  • Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
  • Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
  • Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff
