Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical activity, including lifting, standing, and assisting residents
- Commitment to safe transfer and mobility procedures
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of LPN experience
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Documenting and maintaining medical records
- Supervising and supporting the nursing team
- Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
