About The Position

Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Meet Our Clients:
Our Stroudsburg-based 1:1 case is looking for a nurse who has experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for a teenager with a catheter, epilepsy, spina bifida, autism, and transfers. Nursing care is needed for day shift (10A-6P), or evening shift (4P-11P)
Our Stroudsburg-based 1:2 sibling case would love a nurse who has experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for a two infants who require G-tube and O2 care. They need nursing care Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Our pediatric 1:1 referral, also located in Stroudsburg, needs full-time overnight nursing Monday through Friday for chronic respiratory failure.

Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
Hands-on care with only one client per day

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA
• As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
