About The Position
The Nurse-Family Partnership Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking Registered Nurses (BSN) to provide comprehensive nursing services to first-time mothers and their families. This role focuses on home visiting, education, and support, aiming to transform the lives of vulnerable families by implementing the Nurse-Family Partnership model. Nurses will assess needs, collaborate with professionals, and participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the best health outcomes for mothers and babies.
