Positions details: Location- Mease Countryside Hospital Status: Pool, hourly Shift: Days Weekends- occasional On Call: no On Site - onsite only The Nurse Helper role assist the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care according to BayCare role specific responsibilities of a Nurse Helper I. Directed by the RN. Assist with patient care without encountering any body fluids (i.e., blood, urine, stool, saliva, dirty linens, emesis, etc.) or any devices that contain body fluids (such as but not limited to, urinary catheters, nasogastric tubes, drains, used basins, etc.).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care according to BayCare role specific responsibilities of a Nurse Helper I.
- Assist with patient care without encountering any body fluids (i.e., blood, urine, stool, saliva, dirty linens, emesis, etc.) or any devices that contain body fluids (such as but not limited to, urinary catheters, nasogastric tubes, drains, used basins, etc.).
