About The Position

Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may participate with the Registered Nurse (RN) in providing supervision of a practical nursing student/nurse extern.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an approved school of nursing within the United States or have a current KY CNA/LPN license.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the approved school of nursing and clinically competent to perform these acts.
• Must graduate program within 13 months of hire/transfer date.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) within 30 days of hire
