About The Position
Coordinates educational activities hospital wide. Is responsible for assessing educational needs, planning, implementing and evaluating competencies and continuing education activities, ensuring activities comply with The Joint Commission and other Regulatory rules. Develops, implements and manages a process designed to ensure that the competence of all staff is assessed, maintained, improved, and demonstrated throughout the hospital.
