About The Position

The position involves participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programming in the Emory Nursing Learning Center (ENLC) and ensuring high quality simulation-based education through the creation of a realistic state-of-the-art learning environment. Primary responsibilities include teaching in the Simulation and Skills Lab, conducting simulation scenarios and debriefing sessions, and working with faculty and the Director of Simulation Based Learning in the ENLC to provide comprehensive strategic and operational planning in support of simulation education. The role promotes a collaborative and team-based approach to simulation education and assists with program development while ensuring adherence to program policies, course objectives, program outcomes, data collection and reporting, and current simulation best practice safety measures. Additionally, the position contributes to local and national research projects and performs other related duties as required.
