Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and seniors and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Responsibilities: Enhances the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide high-quality patient care. This position requires a strong background in nursing, along with expertise in training development, medical documentation, and quality indicators. The Nurse Educator will work closely with various departments, to develop educational programs that align with current medical standards and practices. This position will track, monitor and report on nursing quality indicators. Partner with nursing leadership and PI Coordinator/Director to develop PI plans built around quality dashboards. Develop education and provide training to nursing staff that directly impacts performance improvement goals.
