About The Position
UC Health is hiring a Full Time Clinical Staff RN Educator for our Psychiatry Department at the UC Medical Center The Clinical Staff RN Educator is responsible for providing individualized orientation for new personnel, in-service education, and continuing education programs to meet the identified needs of the staff. The Clinical Staff RN Educator serves as a resource to the nursing staff. The Clinical Staff RN Educator assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to meet the needs of staff and enhance specific clinical nursing skills. The Clinical Staff RN Educator also demonstrates the ability to accept, model, and implement change, as well as functions as a role model for clinical staff.
