  • Serve as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator for our obstetrical nursing staff.
  • Assess learning needs and create engaging educational opportunities that bring out the best in our teams.
  • Use your creativity to design and implement job aids, clinical competencies, and interactive learning experiences that keep staff sharp and confident.
  • Support both new and experienced nurses as they grow their skills in high-stakes, high-reward environments.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree in nursing, education, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Five or more years of clinical nursing experience with at least three in Labor and Delivery.
  • Labor and Delivery experience required. Fetal Monitoring Instructor preferred.
  • Massachusetts RN license active.
  • BLS required, with BLS Instructor within 6 months of hire.
  • NRP required, with NRP Instructor within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • A love for teaching and coaching, with the ability to keep education interactive and fun.
  • A leader and collaborator who thrives on building confidence and competence in others.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep complex details on track.
  • Bonus if you are skilled in curriculum development and program design.
