Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager in the assessment and identification of educational needs related to clinical nursing and patient care systems and processes; develops programs to address identified needs. Assists nursing staff with goal attainment relative to maximizing patient health, including a focus on prevention, rehabilitation, coping, death and dying. Demonstrates a high degree of professional excellence through the application of evidenced based practice. Requirements

• Masters Degree : Nursing (Required)
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 Years experience in progressive clinical roles (Required)
• General Experience and ability in curriculum development & evaluation (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
• RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• General Experience in a Clinical Nurse Specialist and/or Nursing Education role (Preferred)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred)

Responsibilities
