Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university.

  • Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and standards governing nursing care.
  • Demonstrated skills in teaching, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to assess and manage the needs of patients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provides age-specific, quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and standards of nursing practice.

  • Applies appropriate nursing interventions, including health education and patient advocacy.
