Nurse Clinician, Trauma Performance Improvement is responsible for implementing and overseeing performance improvement initiatives specifically focused on trauma care. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assess, analyze, and enhance trauma care processes, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices. Collaborates with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to assist in assuring health programs and processes are aligned with the Level I Trauma Center standards set forth by the American College of Surgeons and with the healthcare system’s strategic plan. May assist with patient care within the scope of practice as a licensed Registered Nurse.
