About The Position

The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with two years of clinical experience, who will be responsible for providing competent nursing care in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act. The RN will function as a member of the interdisciplinary team, managing patient care through a problem-focused and patient-centered approach. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as serving as a resource for Nurse Clinicians I or II. The RN will also be involved in patient and family education, care coordination, and maintaining safety and continuity of care.

Requirements

• RN with two years of clinical RN experience.
• Current license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily care of assigned patients.
