About The Position

The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with two years of clinical experience, who will practice in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act. The RN will be a competent clinician, knowledgeable and skilled in their specialty area, and will function as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The role involves managing unexpected or emergency situations, providing patient care based on the American Nurses Association Standards, and serving as a resource for Nurse Clinicians I or II. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as providing education and support to patients and families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Two years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily care of assigned patients.

• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize patient care activities.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.

• Identify patient safety concerns and report appropriately.
• Complete required competency-based orientation tools.
