Please follow this link for a closer look at what it’s like to work at Children’s Wisconsin: https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ Children's Wisconsin has an opportunity for a Nurse Clinician- Asthma/Allergy Work Schedule: Full Time 8:00am-4:30pm Location: Milwaukee campus but may also support other locations as well What you will do: This role is within the Asthma/Allergy/Immunology team and in addition to supporting general allergy clinic needs, will have an emphasis on food allergic patients. This nurse will support oral food challenges and oral immunotherapy for kids/families with food allergies. This role partners with our other food allergy nurses in providing patient education and care management. This role is both clinical and triage. The clinical piece is supporting oral food challenges as well as the oral immunotherapy and general asthma/allergy clinic.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• 2+ years Licensed nursing experience required
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required
• License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 2+ years Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience managing patients with chronic and complex family and health needs preferred
