About The Position
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. Contributes to the Hospital's mission to care, heal and to excel in service to our community by promoting patient care continuity, enhancing patient throughput, and being responsible and accountable for the day to day operational decision making. Develops and promotes collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians and interdepartmental personnel in order to enhance patient care and patient flow. This professional licensed staff utilizes the nursing process in the coordination and delivery of quality, safe clinical care and meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital.
