Nurse Clinical Care Lead, 3 Tower, Full Time, Day Shift
About The Position
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Must adhere to (meet) the requirements for educational hours as outlined in the NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- ADN with expectation of BSN (to start education within 1 year of hire).
- BLS certified.
- ACLS within 1 year if applicable for area assigned.
- NIHHS Certificate within 1 year if applicable for area assigned.
- Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire if applicable for area assigned.
