About The Position

Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation (Flagstaff Area) Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise? Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries — no hands-on treatment, no on-call, no weekends . Requirements

• RN with ASN or higher
• Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
• Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required)
