About The Position

Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation (Flagstaff Area) Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise? Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries — no hands-on treatment, no on-call, no weekends . What You’ll Do Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial) Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers Build strong client and provider relationships Why This Role No bedside care or treatment administration Predictable schedule and supportive team Independent, assessment-focused work No on-call responsibilities Qualifications RN with ASN or higher Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred) Workers’ Comp experience and Spanish a plus Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required) Benefits Medical, dental, vision PTO, paid holidays, floating holiday LTD, STD, FSA, company-paid life insurance The IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services. Requirements

  • RN with ASN or higher
  • Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
  • Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required)
