About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.

Requirements

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.

Nice To Haves

  • CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential preferred.
  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Management preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
  • Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
  • Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
