Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support individuals with work-related injuries throughout Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will perform consultative evaluations—focusing on both physical and psychosocial factors—without providing direct medical treatment. You will play a key role in coordinating care, ensuring appropriate treatment plans, and supporting positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona required
• Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology preferred)
• Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification preferred
• Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management highly preferred
• Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, non-treatment consultative assessments for injured individuals
• Collaborate with physicians, claims adjusters, and stakeholders to support effective and cost-efficient care plans
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, employers, and insurance representatives
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
• Provide detailed documentation and case updates in a timely manner
