Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
Build strong client and provider relationships

Requirements

• RN with ASN or higher
• Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
• Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required)

Nice To Haves

• Workers’ Comp experience and Spanish a plus
