Nurse Case Manager – Pediatrics Division (Kingman Area) Location: Kingman, AZ (Hybrid: remote with local home visits) Schedule: Full-time, salaried (on-call rotation required) Division: Dependable Nurses, Inc. – Pediatrics About Us Dependable Nurses, Inc. Our Pediatric Division provides compassionate, high-quality in-home nursing care for children with complex medical needs across Northern Arizona. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to support pediatric DDD members in the Kingman and surrounding Mohave County area . This position is primarily remote, with required in-home visits throughout the local service area and regular collaboration with our clinical leadership team. As a Case Manager, you will oversee individualized care plans, support field nurses, and work closely with families and providers to ensure each child receives compassionate, compliant, and high-quality care. Participation in an on-call rotation for urgent clinical needs is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable traveling throughout Kingman and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home visits to assess member health status and care needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized pediatric care plans
- Provide clinical training, mentorship, and ongoing support to field nurses
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, physicians, and community providers
- Respond to urgent clinical issues and participate in an on-call rotation
- Attend required meetings and trainings (virtual and occasional in-person as needed)
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with DDD and DNI policies
