About CAPTA: The CAPTA Home Visitation Program provides wraparound services for one of our most vulnerable populations: substance-exposed newborns (SEN) and young children affected by parental substance use. As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you’ll stand alongside families, helping to: Reduce the number of substance-exposed newborns Prevent unnecessary removals from the home Promote healing, resilience, and long-term family well-being You’ll be part of a team committed to strengthening families—not separating them.
