Focused Cardiac Care: Specialize in post-procedure recovery (PCI, EP), chest pain, heart failure, and pre/post-op cardiac surgical stabilization. Deepen your cardiac assessment and intervention skills. High Acuity, Fast Pace: Manage complex patients with shorter stays, honing your critical thinking and time management. Every shift is impactful! Rapid Skill Growth: Master advanced assessments, rhythm interpretation, medication titrations, and essential patient education in a supportive environment. Collaborative Team: Work alongside cardiologists, APRNs, and specialists in a highly supportive, team-oriented unit. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited RN program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a critical care area as an RN
- Minimum of 2years current cardiac care experience
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
