About The Position
Avalon Healthcare Bellingham is looking for qualified candidates who have an active NAR, completed CNA courses, and clinicals to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. Work as a Nursing Assistant while you wait for your CNA license to become active! We specialize in the care of residents who have psychiatric and behavioral health care needs. Which means most of our residents are mentally ill (schizophrenic, bipolar, etc.), on top of their medical illnesses. We have an in-house mental health program and have mental health case managers who handle behavioral interventions and care planning.
