Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate. If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at www.ARJobLink.Arkansas.gov.
- Experience: No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred.
- Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.
- Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the assigned shift.
- Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
