JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: Easley, SC • Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: March 2, 2026 – Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 Days/Week) • On-Call Shift Schedule: Home call once per week • Call Type: Home Call • Call Ratio: TBD • Call Response Time: TBD PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics • Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 200 cases per week • Admissions: TBD • Phone Consults: TBD • Case Mix: General surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Orthopedics FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 6 • Trauma Level: TBD • EMR System: Epic • Office Equipment Available: Anesthesia equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia services • Support Staff Available: One anesthesia technician • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Temporary Privileges Available: TBD COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: TBD • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Included REQUIRED PROCEDURES • General anesthesia • Obstetric anesthesia • ENT and orthopedic anesthesia

Requirements

• Active South Carolina license required
• NBCRNA Board certification
• DEA Required
• South Carolina CSR required
• BLS, ACLS Certifications
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
• Clean background required
• Mandatory vaccines

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases
• Participate in scheduled shifts and home call coverage
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and surgical staff
• Document all encounters in Epic EMR
• Adhere to facility policies and patient safety standards
