About The Position
Provide professional nursing care through the delivery, management, and coordination of care and services in a clinic setting. Identify expected outcomes in a plan of care individualized for a specific patient, group, or population. Competently performs medication administration via various routes. Provides health education/coaching to patients, significant others, and/or family members/caregivers.
