About The Position
Are you looking to get started in the medical field? We have an atmazing opportunity to become a certified nursing assistant after as little as 90 days of employment as an uncertified Nurse Aide! This opportunity requires excellent attendance, a CNA class paid for by the company, and a work commitment. Job Summary: The Nurse Aide will be responsible for providing basic care to patients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to utilize Microsoft products at an intermediate level
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Help patients with mobility and transfer to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Document patient care activities and report any concerns to the nursing staff
