About The Position
We’re expanding our Vivia team and are excited to add 5 exceptional caregivers to join us! We are offering a special Sign on Bonus of $1,000 for these positions—just ask us how it works! Your Role as a Vivia Assistant: As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhoods, build meaningful relationships and help them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes. Our Vivia assistants are CNAs or Nurse Aides who: Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses Work a CONSISTANT FULL TIME schedule Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS except during some holidays Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S) Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS WORK CLOSELY and are SUPPORTED by a designated RN team leader and scheduler. Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or certification (any State and can be expired)
- Current CPR/First Aide certification
- Comfortable driving on Oahu
- Current valid Driver’s License
- Received a High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screening
- Ownership of a smartphone and access to email

- 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
