Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures. Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

Requirements

Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License

Responsibilities
