About The Position
The Nurse Aide Transition Course (NAT) is designed for Certified Nursing Assistants who wish to transition into the Home Care field. This role allows individuals to provide quality, compassionate care in a private home setting, focusing on one patient at a time rather than managing multiple patients in a facility. The next class for this course is scheduled from January 6 to January 10, 2025, and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
