About The Position

The Nurse Aide Specialist - Operations Associate role at Prometric involves supporting the efficient testing of Nurse Aide candidates by building strong relationships with evaluators and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Build and support relationships with Senior Nurse Aide Evaluators to enhance testing efficiency.
• Reduce the percentage of cancelled events in the assigned coverage area.
• Identify root causes for event cancellations and site issues.
• Drive SalesForce cases to completion on a daily basis.
• Minimize test date cancellations to facilitate candidate testing.
• Collaborate with internal departments, candidates, and external stakeholders to ensure high candidate satisfaction.
• Document and communicate resolutions to incidents that occur during testing.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow company security protocols related to data privacy.
• Document recurring issues and prioritize cases for management in SalesForce.
• Be flexible to work shifts between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, as needed.
• Assist with candidate roster updates or corrections promptly.
• Support the execution of policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee communication of systems and troubleshoot errors that may cause gaps in service.
• Keep all systems updated with current test site contact and NAE information.
