CPH Nursing Support Interview Event EVENT DETAILS Date: Thursday, April 2, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Location: Canton–Potsdam Hospital What to Expect Same-day, onsite interviews Meet nursing leadership Learn about our culture, clinical units, and career advancement opportunities Available Positions Nurse Aide Pay Range: $17.91 – $25.40 per hour Opportunities Available In: Birthplace – Part-Time, Days Med-Surg, West 3 – Full-Time, Days and Nights Med-Surg, West 2 – Full-Time, Evenings Surgical Services – Full-Time, Days Certified Nurse Aide Pay Range: $18.45 – $27.84 per hour Opportunities Available In: Med-Surg, West 2 – Full-Time and Part-Time (Days, Evenings, and Nights) Med-Surg, West 3 – Full-Time (Days and Evenings) and Part-Time (Days) Responsibilities Provide and document direct, comprehensive, patient- and family-centered care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Deliver world-class customer service to patients and families Communicate patient conditions to licensed nursing staff to support positive patient outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered care environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Nurse Aide Certification is required for our certified positions Preferred Qualifications Completion of a nurse aide training program Previous experience as a nurse aide EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting. For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements. PAY RANGE: $18.64 - $26.43 CITY: Potsdam POSTAL CODE: 13676 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
