Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification is required
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and report patient conditions and any changes to the nursing team
- Help with basic patient hygiene and comfort measures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in training and development programs to progress toward CNA certification
