About The Position
The CNA Education Program at Diablo Valley Post-Acute is a fully sponsored initiative designed to provide comprehensive training and valuable hands-on experience to individuals aspiring to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Students will receive on-site training at the facility. The program runs full-time, Monday through Friday, from August 10th to September 11th, lasting 8 weeks, and includes both theoretical and clinical training. Participants will be paid $16.50 per hour during the program. PACS, the parent organization, was founded in 2013 and is dedicated to revolutionizing post-acute healthcare delivery and support services nationwide, operating through hundreds of independent subsidiaries. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact
- Ability to accommodate a full-time CNA schedule.
- Perfect attendance for the program will be required
