Requirements

San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting

Nice To Haves

Driver's License (Preferred)
BLS Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
