About The Position

Nurse Aide (Memory Care) provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents. The position offers a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time employees and requires working full-time with 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend off. Day shifts are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and night shifts are from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience working as a Resident Care Assistant/Aide preferred.
• No licensure requirement.
