Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
- Handle With Care preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning.
- Assisting nursing staff with vital signs, specimen collection, and routine observations and report changes in patient condition promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Supporting patient mobility and safety using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Documenting care provided in accordance with department standards.
