About The Position

We're looking for passionate Nurse Aides (CNA) to help us with providing nursing care and services for residents, that include personal and restorative care and activities of daily living. Ohana Nurse Aides (TNAs) orient residents to the unit and facility: Bathroom, call system, shower schedule, and lanaimon areas; introduces to residents at table; informs of meal schedule and snack times; and informs of activity calendar and w activities are held. Nurse Aides (TNAs) respond to resident calls, call bells, call lights, alarms immediately. Responds to family requests immediately. Informs Charge Nurse when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Completed State of Hawaii Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Scheduled Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.
• Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and services for residents, including personal and restorative care.
• Orient residents to the unit and facility.
• Respond to resident calls, call bells, call lights, and alarms immediately.
• Respond to family requests immediately.
• Inform Charge Nurse when required.
