As Nurse Administrator, you will manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise. This is a per diem night night shift covering the hours of 8:00pm - 8:00am located at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.

Requirements

  • Three years of recent progressive leadership, management experience
  • Masters in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Masters must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.
  • BSN
  • Current New York State RN license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
