Rockstar is on the lookout for a highly capable and experienced Nuke VFX Supervisor to join our Video Production Department.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
WHAT WE DO
The Rockstar Games Video Production Dept creates all trailers and video assets released online, on social media, on broadcast TV and in Cinema.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related industry experience in Film/TV.
• Comfortable operating and providing feedback relative with latest versions of Foundry Nuke Studio.
• VFX Supervisor / Producer role on major Motion Picture / TV Projects.
• Experience with a variety of tracking and asset management software.
• Experience overseeing VFX Artists within a team environment as part of a larger production pipeline.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills to foster collaboration and make sure target deadline are being made.
• Strong artistic aesthetic and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and QC the Nuke Compositing Team’s work on multiple shots across a variety of projects.
• Function in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Work closely with a team lead and other departments to request and track assets needed to complete the work.
• Adapt to an existing workflow and style while recommending improvements for efficiency and scaling.
• Contribute to hiring and overseeing Short Term Contract Nuke Compositors.
