Nature of Work: Responsible for the creation of motion graphic content for the official team websites and social channels, including sponsored assets, marketing and ticket sales initiatives, collaboration with other KSE departments and properties, including Marketing, Ticket Sales, Team Operations, Sponsorship, Altitude Sports, Altitude Radio, and Community Relations. Examples of work performed: Possess creative problem-solving skills for visual design and proficiency in typography Creation of still and motion graphics and other related content for Mile High Studios – including but not limited to social and digital platforms, in-arena production and television Understanding of design trends for various social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, etc) Work with creative department to maintain consistent company look and feel Assist in collaborative ideation meetings to determine content Responsible for the management and organization of motion graphic content to allow for easy and quick file-sharing access. Requirements

  • Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years experience with Motion Graphic Design
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration, working effectively with team and members
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications, required
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and more (Ability to create MOGRTs and 3D software knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA degree in Digital Media, Video Production, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with social and digital platforms preferred
