We anticipate the need for one or more Nuclear Plant Helper to be located in Monticello, MN. The starting rate of pay for this position is $27.59 hourly. The position will be posted for 10 working days from October, 14th 2025 to October 27th, 2025. This is a general labor position and requires good physical condition with ability to work in an outdoor environment. Job includes mopping vacuuming, power equipment operation for snow and lawncare services, floor stripping, deliveries, janitorial, decontaminating plant structures and equipment, laundry processing, hazardous waste collection.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successfully pass the EEI MASS exam to be considered
  • Janitorial and yard work experience valuable
  • Position requires individual to be respirator qualified
  • Be physically capable of performing the requirements of the classification such as climbing, shoveling, lifting, bending, twisting, etc., including up to 50 pounds safely
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven reliability (i.e. attendance, punctuality)
